Ingredients
Cooking Spray: 4 sprays
Extra Lean Beef Mince (5% fat): 500g
Egg: 1 raw
Onion: ½ small – finely diced
Stilton Cheese: 50g
Warburtons Tasty Rye Sandwich Thins: 4
Spinach Leaves: 1 small handful
Apple: 1 medium, sliced
Red Onion: 1 small, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Onion, Extra Lean Beef Mince and Egg until combined. Add 25g of the Stilton Cheese and mix gently to combine. Shape the mixture into 4 patties about 2cm thick.
- Mist a griddle pan with Cooking Spray and put over a medium heat. Cook the burgers for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Crumble another 25g Stilton Cheeseover the burgers for the final 2 minutes of cooking time. Serve each burger on a toasted Warburtons Tasty Rye Sandwich Thin with Spinach Leaves, sliced Apple and sliced Red Onion.
- Serve with the salad of your choice.
