Ok so we’ve just started a Keto Diet and this has been very highly recommended to us!

note: recipe makes 2 pizza chaffles
Ingredients
FOR THE CHAFFLE
Egg: 1 medium
Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup
Coconut Flour: 1tsp
Baking Powder: 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder: 1/8 tsp
Italian Seasoning: 1/8 tsp
Salt: just a pinch
PIZZA TOPPINGS
Marinara Sauce: 1 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup
Pepperoni or Chorizo Sausage: 4 slices
Shredded Parmesan: optional
Parsely: optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Preheat waffle maker as well.
- In a small bowl, combine Egg, Mozzarella Cheese, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, and Salt.
- Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutres.
- Carefully remove and repeat for second chaffle.
- Top each chaffle with Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, and Pepperoni or Chorizo Sausage.
- Place chaffles on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 4-5 minutes and broil for 1 minute afterwards.
- Remove and sprinkle some Shredded Parmesan or Parsely if desired. Enjoy!
